Poetics: last spring

It is important what music I am listening to, at times rhyming with it instead of what I write.

Two months ago a person was not happy that I didn't care if no one gets my poem, or what did I say, feeling defensive at the time, I don’t write to be easily understood, or something else, more an emotional uprising than a well articulated thought. Are you content with your own writing without any awwed audiences following along the whole way? What we really need is a poet we look up to to call once in a while and compliment our work.
